At N&K, we have a desire to be open and accountable. We support our employees to act likewise and want a culture that is as open as possible. We support our employees to express themselves and their concerns. Therefore, we have introduced a whistleblower system, which is used to report infringements of any legislation or any of N&K’s policies.
Whistleblower system is based on the concept of anonymity, and with this system in place, all of our employees and third parties have the possibility to raise all kinds of concerns that are necessary.
The whistleblower system will be handled by the company’s Quality Department or the manager of Quality Department if there are raised concerns.
All reports are sent anonymously if this is desired, and if it is desired to add name and contact details, this is at their own request, and this can rightly be used by the quality department for a detailed examination of any concern.
